Shipping & Delivery Information
Domestic Shipping
We typically ship products within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. USPS is our default delivery method, although we reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx to facilitate delivery.
International Shipping
Because of the astronomical price of shipping internationally, we cannot justify servicing our international customers. Most of our items are available online from amazon.com or bn.com who can more readily accommodate international shoppers. Please navigate there to purchase our products. We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope to better serve you in the future.
Refunds for Shipping
Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges unless the problem originated here. This means that if you return or refuse any package then you will be credited for the items in your order (within our return guidelines) but NOT for your shipping charges. The reason is simple, UPS and USPS charge us to ship your package and do not provide refunds to us on returns or refusals. If they did, we would gladly do so as well.
Digital Delivery
All of your downloadable purchases are available through "My Account" link. Log in to your account. Under "My Orders" click the "Downloads" link. Your digital purchases will be listed and available for download. If your remaining downloads have expired, please contact us and we will reset your downloads. We believe you should always have access to the digital property you have purchased. Please acknowledge all copyrights.
While we do retain copyrights on our products, we do not typically attach DRM to our digital files. We believe that the end user should have the option to enjoy their purchase though whatever media they choose. You are free to copy and convert our products for your own personal use. Please do not copy to give away, share or re-sell. If you would like to give away the original files, that is acceptable, as we believe this is no different than passing on a paperback when you are finished reading it. The files become the property of the new owner who is subject to all terms and conditions established by ATPublishers.com. ATPublishers does require you to destroy all copies if you give away your files (in the same way you would not be able to retain a paperback and give it away too). The original owner should contact ATPublishers to inform us of the transfer so that we will be able to set your remaining downloads to "0". Downloads are non-transferable.
Digital Refunds
Sorry, digital items are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your download, please contact us and we will do what we can to remedy the problem. In some cases we do elect to refund digital purchases, and in such situations expect the purchaser to delete all downloads of the digital items and destroy all copies made from those downloads.
Refund Fees
All transactions made through PAYPAL are assessed a 5% REFUND FEE. PAYPAL does not refund all transaction fees to the merchant.
If the refund is due to the neglect of ATPublishers.com the entire purchase price will be refunded and no refund fee will be assessed.
